When does the shop open?
Our grand opening is in November 2026. You can already request quotes and place orders by WhatsApp, phone or email.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free within Cape Town. Delivery outside Cape Town (for example Stellenbosch) is quoted with your order, and collection from our Camelot shop is always free.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday 08:00 – 13:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
How do I get a quote?
Use our quote form, WhatsApp 075 274 4560 or email wayne@eezyprint.co.za. Tell us what you need, the quantity and size, your deadline, and whether you have artwork.
I don't have artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Our in-house design team can build your design from scratch, fix a low-quality logo, or adapt existing artwork to a new size. We always send a proof before printing.
Is there a minimum order?
Most items can be printed in small quantities, including once-off T-shirts, mugs and puzzles. Larger runs cost less per item — ask and we'll quote both.
How do I pay?
We'll confirm payment options with your quote. A 50% deposit is required to start production, once you've approved the proof.
Where can I see your prices?
Our price list is on the website and as a downloadable PDF. Prices may change at any time without notice — the price on your written quote is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
It depends on the item and quantity. Tell us your deadline up front — we'll confirm whether it's workable before you pay, and flag it if it's tight.
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is best: correct size, 3 mm bleed, fonts embedded and images at 300 dpi. Not sure? Send what you have and we'll check it for you.
