Artwork guide
Files that print right first time.
A two-minute checklist for print-ready artwork. Short on time? Send what you have and we'll check every file before it prints.
The checklist
- PDF at final size, e.g. 90 × 50 mm for a business card, A5 for a flyer.
- 3 mm bleed on every edge where colour or images run to the edge.
- Safe zone: keep text and logos at least 3–4 mm inside the trim line.
- 300 dpi images at the size they'll print.
- CMYK colour for paper print.
- Fonts embedded or outlined.
- Vector logos (PDF, SVG, EPS, AI) for signage, vinyl cutting and embroidery.
Common sizes
| Item | Trim size | With 3 mm bleed |

Apparel & embroidery
For DTF printing, send a PNG with a transparent background, at 300 dpi and at the size you want it printed. For embroidery a vector logo works best, because fine detail and very small text don't stitch well.
Photos for mugs, puzzles and canvas
Send the original photo file. Photos forwarded through social media are compressed and can print blurry.
No print-ready file? That's normal. Send what you have and we'll prepare it. You'll see a proof before anything prints.
Sending files
Send files on WhatsApp or by email. For large files, share a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link.
